With the Resources module you manage bookable units like rooms or equipment. You assign them directly when booking an appointment — offisy automatically prevents double bookings.

What are resources used for?
A resource is a bookable unit that can only be occupied by one appointment at a time. Typical examples:
- Rooms: Treatment room 1, booth, meeting room
- Equipment: Ultrasound device, ECG machine, massage table
- Other: Parking space, wheelchair, mobile treatment kit
Resources are assigned to appointments. When creating an appointment, offisy only shows available resources and automatically blocks ones that are already occupied. This ensures no two appointments use the same resource at the same time.
The calendar color of a resource comes from its assigned category — not from the resource itself.
