Resources Praxis Desk
With the Resources module you manage bookable units like rooms or equipment and assign them to a service, so they're available when booking an appointment.

For Praxis, this feature is included in every license. For Desk, you need the Ressourcen add-on.
What are resources used for?
A resource is a bookable unit. Typical examples:
- Rooms: Treatment room 1, booth, meeting room
- Equipment: Ultrasound device, ECG machine, massage table
For a resource to show up when booking an appointment, it also needs to be linked to the service — see the resources section in the Create a service article. If a resource is already assigned to another appointment at the chosen time, offisy marks it red as "Blockiert" (blocked) in the selection — but you can still pick it. offisy does not automatically prevent double bookings; when creating a new appointment, offisy only pre-selects the first resource that's still free.
Every resource has its own color, which colors its column in the calendar. The color of the assigned category only groups resources in the resource list.
