Practice appointment statistics Praxis
The practice appointment statistics report shows how many appointments took place in a period and how many of them have documented services.

Requirements
- You have the Report: Patient permission in your user profile.
Filters
Date range:
- Free choice of date range
- Controls which appointments are included in the statistics
Statistics / Metrics
The report shows the following metrics for the selected date range:
- Total appointments — number of all appointments in the period
- Appointments with services — appointments with at least one recorded service
- Appointments without services — appointments without a documented service
- Open services — recorded services that haven't been billed yet
- Unbilled services — services without billing
You also see a breakdown by day, week, or month, plus an overview of appointments by status.
