Coupon and Appointment Series Reports Praxis Kasse Desk
This article covers two reports from Journaling: the coupon report and the appointment series report.
Coupon Report
Where do I find the coupon report?
Open Journaling and click Coupons.
Note: This is the reporting view. Coupon management itself lives in a separate area.
Requirements
- Gutschein: Auswertung permission
Filters
- Tenant — narrows the list down to a specific tenant.
Data table
The table shows the following columns for each active coupon:
- Coupon number
- Value — the original coupon value
- Remaining value — the amount not yet redeemed
- Redeemed — value minus remaining value
- Creation date
The list is aggregated by creation date.
Permissions
Access to the coupon report is controlled by the Gutschein: Auswertung permission.
Appointment Series Report
Where do I find the appointment series report?
Open Journaling and click Appointment series.
Requirements
- Terminserie: Auswertung permission
Filters
- Date range — defaults to the current year.
- Status — Open shows only series below 100 percent completion, All shows every series, All including deleted also includes deleted series.
Data table
The table shows the following columns for each appointment series:
- Name of the series
- Customer
- Number of planned appointments
- Appointments already reached
- Percentage reached
- Note
- Created on
- Instructor
- Services
Permissions
Access to the appointment series report is controlled by the Terminserie: Auswertung permission.
