Manage lab results Praxis

Pin important lab results in the patient history or delete results you no longer need.

Prerequisites

• You have the Read lab results or Delete lab results permission.

Pin a lab result

Pinned results appear at the top of the patient history. This is useful for results you need to access regularly.

1. Open the Patient record of the relevant patient.
2. Find the lab result in the History.
3. Click the context menu (three dots) next to the entry.
4. Choose Pin.

The result now permanently appears at the top of the history. To unpin it, repeat the steps and choose Unpin.

Delete a single lab result

1. Open the Patient record of the relevant patient.
2. Find the lab result in the History.
3. Click the context menu (three dots) next to the entry.
4. Choose Delete.
5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

Delete multiple lab results at once

Use the bulk delete function to remove multiple results at once.

1. Open the detail view of a lab result in the patient history.
2. Click Delete results.
3. In the list, select the results you want to delete. Check the box next to each entry.
4. Click Delete selected.
5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

Note: Deleted lab results cannot be restored. Review your selection carefully before confirming the deletion.
