GDT / Lab Requests Praxis
With the GDT/Lab Requests module you send lab requests directly from the patient record to an external laboratory. Offisy supports two export formats: the standard lab request format and the GDT format.
Laboranfrage
This feature requires the Lab Request or Lab Request (GDT) add-on.
Features overview
- Create lab request: Export patient data as a request file for your lab — in standard or GDT format.
- Flexible configuration: Adjust character encoding, field lengths, and file format to match your lab's requirements.
- GDT interface: Set up an API key that external systems use to send files to Offisy. The interface is currently supported by SonoGDT.
Two export formats
Offisy offers two different formats for lab requests. Which format you need depends on your lab.
| Lab Request (Standard) | GDT | |
|---|---|---|
| File format | INI format (key=value) | GDT format (field codes) |
| Filename | LabAnf.txt | export.gdt (configurable) |
| Content | Patient master data, insurance, insured person, diagnoses | Patient master data (optionally height/weight and referring physician with 6301) |
| Configuration | No additional setup needed | Character set, field length, version (02.10/03.10) configurable |
Note: The formats differ in content. The standard format also includes insurance data, insured person data, and diagnoses. The GDT format transfers patient master data and — with the Definition nach 6301 verwenden option enabled — additional fields depending on the GDT version.
