Configure coupon settings Praxis Desk Kasse
In the cash register settings, you define how new coupons are taxed and numbered.
Where do I find the settings?
Open Einstellungen via the gear icon in the left menu. Select Kasse → Allgemein, then the Gutschein tab.
Requirements
The Allgemein menu item requires the Einstellungen verwalten permission.
Required license
The Gutschein tab is only available with the Gutschein module.
Coupon settings
In the Gutschein Einstellungen section, you define the taxation of new coupons.
- Besteuerung — choose between Einzweckgutschein (single-purpose coupon) and Mehrzweckgutschein (multi-purpose coupon). For a single-purpose coupon, the tax is already fixed at the time of sale. For a multi-purpose coupon, it is fixed at redemption.
- If you choose Einzweckgutschein, a notice shows the tax rate used: "Für neue Einzweckgutscheine wird folgender Steuersatz verwendet: 10 %".
- Mandant bei neuen Gutscheinen — choose between Alle and Aus Rechnung verwenden.
- Individuelle Interne Nummer — optionally enter your own internal number for reporting purposes.
Required license
The Mandant bei neuen Gutscheinen field is only available with the Mandanten module.
Number range
In the Nummernkreis section, you define the format of new coupon numbers.
- Format — defines the structure of the coupon number.
- Mindestlänge — defines the minimum number of digits.
A Vorschau below shows an example of the next coupon number in the selected format.
Cooperation
In the Kooperation section, you control redemption across cooperation partners.
- Kooperationsübergreifende Einlösung — switch between Erlauben and Nicht erlauben.
Required license
The Kooperation section is only available with the Kooperation module.
Save settings
Click Speichern at the bottom right. Offisy confirms with the message "Einstellungen gespeichert.".
