Stay on top of your tasks — filter, sort, and change statuses directly in the overview.

Task overview

Open the Tasks menu item to see all tasks for your company.

The Tasks menu item shows a counter with the number of open tasks. It updates automatically as tasks are added, completed, or deleted. When there are no open tasks, no counter is shown.

The overview has two views:

  • Open: Shows all open and in-progress tasks.
  • Completed: Shows all finished tasks.

Filter tasks

Use the filter bar to narrow down the task list:

  • Status: Filter by specific processing statuses.
  • Priority: Show only tasks with a specific priority (e.g. Critical and High only).
  • Assigned to: Show only tasks assigned to a specific team member.
  • Patient/Customer: Show only tasks linked to a specific patient.
  • Tags: Filter by keywords.
  • Hide future: A toggle that hides tasks with a due date in the future. Tasks without a due date stay visible.

Note: Your filter settings are saved and will be active the next time you open the task list.

Change status quickly

You can change the status of a task directly in the overview without opening it.

  1. Click the status badge of the desired task in the list.
  2. Select the new status.

Delete a task

  1. Open the desired task.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

Note: Deleted tasks cannot be restored.

Customize table columns

You can adjust the visible columns and their order in the task list.

  1. Click the columns icon in the task overview.
  2. Enable or disable the desired columns.
  3. Change the order using drag & drop.

The setting is saved per user.

Tasks in the patient record

In the patient record you'll find a tasks widget showing all tasks linked to that patient. You can also create new tasks for the patient directly from there.
