Create a Service Praxis Desk

You create individual services under Services → Individual Services. This is where you manage all bookable offerings of your practice or studio.

How to do it

  1. Navigate to Services → Individual Services.
  2. Click Create Service.
  3. Fill in the tabs (see below).
  4. Click Save.

Here you define the basic information for the service.

  • Name – The label for the service. This name appears in the calendar and during booking.
  • Description – Optional description text. Shown to clients and patients during online booking.
  • Category – Assigns the service to a category. You can leave this field empty.
  • Client Duration – How long the service takes from the client's perspective. This value determines the time slot in online booking.
  • Internal Duration – The actual processing time if it differs from the client duration. Leave empty to use the client duration.
  • Preparation Time – Buffer before the appointment. Automatically blocked in the calendar.
