Manage Participants and Courses Praxis Desk

Here you'll find everything about managing participants — for both group services and courses.

Participants in a group service

Add a participant

  1. Open the desired group service.
  2. Click Add Participant.
  3. Search for the person and select them from the list.
  4. Click Apply.

Note: You can add multiple participants one after another before saving.

Remove a participant

  1. Open the group service.
  2. Click Remove next to the desired participant.
  3. Confirm the action.

Manage course participants

Register a participant

  1. Open the desired course in the course overview.
  2. Click Register Participant.
  3. Search for the person and select them.
  4. Click Register.

Note: Once the maximum number of participants is reached, you can't register any more people.

Track attendance

  1. Open the course and select the desired Appointment.
  2. Check Present or Absent for each participant.
  3. Click Save.

Edit a course

  1. Open the course in the course overview.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Make the desired changes.
  4. Click Save.

Close a course

When all appointments have been held, you can mark the course as closed.

  1. Open the course.
  2. Click Close Course.
  3. Confirm the action.

The course remains visible in the overview but is no longer shown as active.
