Group services and courses let you work with multiple people at the same time. They differ in structure and use case.

Group Service – You provide a service for multiple people in a shared session. The appointment stands on its own. You add the participants and offisy creates a separate service entry for each one.
Course – You plan a fixed series of appointments in advance. People register for the entire course. You can track attendance per appointment. The number of spots is limited.
When to use which
Use a group service when:
- you're working with a group spontaneously
- there's no fixed program behind it
- participants aren't known in advance
Use a course when:
- you're planning a course series with multiple appointments
- people should register beforehand
- the number of spots is limited
