License overview and purchasing a license Praxis Kasse Desk

Here you see your active license package, all add-ons, and your storage space at a glance.

Where do I find the license overview?

Open the License menu and select Overview.

Requirements

• You need the Lizenz Anzeigen permission to open the overview.
• To purchase or upgrade a license, you need the Lizenz Paket kaufen permission.

Active package

The left card shows your current license package with its name, term, and start/end date.

Badges show the status:

• active — the package is currently valid
• auto-renewal — the package renews automatically
• canceled — the package was canceled and expires on the end date

If no package is active yet, offisy shows the message You don't have a license yet instead.

Storage space

Below the active package, the Storage space card shows your used storage as a progress bar.

This card only appears if your license package includes a storage quota.

Add-ons

On the right, you see your add-ons in two tabs:

• Current add-ons — all add-ons currently booked
• Previous add-ons — expired or canceled add-ons

Each entry shows the add-on name, term, and a short description. Canceled add-ons also carry the Canceled badge.

Purchasing a license

1. Click Purchase license in the top right. If no package is active yet, you find the button centered on the page.
2. In the Select package step, choose the license package you want.
3. In the Add-ons step, choose the add-ons you want to add.
4. In the Bank details step, enter your payment information.
5. In the Overview step, review your selection and confirm the purchase.
