Requirements

• You have permission to view the data protection documents.

How to do it

1. Open the License menu.
2. Click Data Protection.
3. Read the Self-Commitment Declaration section. It explains that GDPR (Art. 28) requires a contractual basis for processing personal patient data. Offisy declares unilaterally and bindingly that it processes data only on behalf of and according to instructions, and in compliance with GDPR. This declaration replaces the previous data processing agreement.
4. Click Self-Commitment Declaration to download the document as a PDF. It opens in a new tab.
5. Click Terms of Use to download the terms of use as a PDF.

Note: Don't confuse this page with Support Access. That page controls the account switch for Offisy support, not the data protection documents.
