Create an invoice draft (quote) Praxis Desk Kasse

Create an invoice draft that you can later use as a quote or turn into an invoice.

Required license

Requires the Invoice Drafts module, included in Praxis, Desk, and Kasse.

Requirements

• The Invoice Drafts module is active in your license.
• You have the Rechnungsentwurf erstellen permission for the relevant company.

How to proceed

1. Open the New Invoice dialog.
2. Enter the customer or recipient and the line items, just like for a regular invoice. Select a company or tenant if needed. Set up recurring line items in advance in the POS Templates module.
3. Click the arrow next to the Create button and choose Als Angebot speichern (Save as quote) from the dropdown menu.

4. offisy saves the draft. It then appears in the Invoice Drafts list. To change it later, see Edit an invoice draft.

Note: You set the name and numbering of drafts (for example "Quote" or "Draft") in the invoice settings.

Common issues

• "Als Angebot speichern" option is missing — The Invoice Drafts module isn't active, or you're missing the Rechnungsentwurf erstellen permission.
