The chat widget gives you quick access to help articles, the AI assistant, and offisy support at any time.

What is the chat used for?

The chat offers three ways to get help:

  • Search help articles — search the offisy documentation directly
  • Send a message — ask questions to the AI assistant
  • Contact support — reach out to the offisy support team directly

Open the chat by clicking the teal button in the bottom right corner of the application.

Search help articles

  1. Click the chat button in the bottom right corner.
  2. Type your question into the "Search for help..." field.
  3. The results show matching help articles — click an article to open it.

Send a message

  1. Open the chat and click Send a message.
  2. Type your question into the text field.
  3. The AI assistant responds immediately.
