Set Up and Manage Bank Accounts Praxis Desk Kasse
Connect your bank account to Cash Match to activate automatic payment matching.

Cash Match is a paid add-on for Praxis, Desk, and Kasse. If the module is not included in your license, contact support@offisy.at.
Where do I find the bank account settings?
Open Settings via the gear icon in the left menu. Select Kasse → Cash Match.
Set up a bank account
- Open Settings via the gear icon in the left menu.
- Select Kasse → Cash Match.
- Click Add bank account.
- Select your bank from the dropdown and click Select.
- You'll be redirected to your bank's login page. Sign in there.
- After successful login, return to offisy and click Refresh.
The bank account then appears in the list.
Note: You can add multiple bank accounts. Repeat the steps above to do so.
Manage bank accounts
Each bank account shows the account name, account holder, and IBAN. Via the action menu you can:
- Edit – Change the color and client assignment
- Deactivate / Activate – Temporarily exclude the account from matching
- Delete – Permanently remove the account
Incoming transactions and their assignment to invoices can be found in the Transaction overview.
Re-authentication
The PSD2 directive requires you to reconfirm the bank connection at least every 6 months.
When re-authentication is required:
- A warning appears directly on the affected bank account in the Cash Match settings.
- A notification icon appears next to Cash Match in the top navigation bar.
Click Authenticate to be redirected to your bank's login page.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to invoices that are already paid? Cash Match only changes the status of open invoices. Already paid or canceled invoices remain unchanged.
How often do I need to re-authenticate? At least every 6 months — this is required by the PSD2 directive.
