Waiting room Praxis Desk

Benötigte Lizenz

This feature requires the Waiting Room module for Praxis and Desk.

The waiting room is your central workspace for the daily patient queue. It shows all appointments and treatments with status, staff member, documents, and open services in a table.

Where do I find the waiting room?

Open Waiting room in the left main menu.

Note: The waiting room is not the same as the Waiting Room TV. The waiting room is your internal queue with all appointments. The Waiting Room TV is a screen in the waiting area that calls up patients. From the waiting room, you can trigger a call to the Waiting Room TV.

Requirements

  • The Waiting Room module is included in your license.
  • You have the Warteraum permission.
