Tenants Desk Praxis Kasse
The tenants module lets you manage multiple independent business units or locations within one company. Each tenant has its own master data, billing settings, and number sequences.
What are tenants used for?
Tenants let you run multiple locations or business units within a single offisy instance. Each tenant is configured independently:
- Own address, contact details, and VAT number
- Own billing settings and number sequences (invoices, receipts, fee notes)
- Own bank account and FinanzOnline credentials
- Own taxation method (accrual vs. cash basis)
Users and cooperation partners can be assigned to one or more tenants. In the app, you switch between tenants using a dropdown.
