Physitrack Desk

Physitrack is an external platform for rehab and exercise programs. The integration lets you jump from a customer record straight to Physitrack, with the patient's master data transferred automatically.

Where do I find Physitrack?

You set it up under Settings > the Medical section > Physitrack.

You open it for a patient from their customer record, either in the header button bar or in the actions menu under Physitrack.

Requirements

• The Physitrack add-on module must be active.
• The settings page requires the Medizinische Module: Einstellungen permission.
• The server URL and API token must be set, otherwise the redirect fails.

Set up Physitrack

1. Open Settings > Medical > Physitrack.
2. Enter the address of your Physitrack instance in the Server URL field.
3. Enter your Physitrack API token in the API Token field.
4. Click Save.

After saving, a confirmation message shows "Settings saved.".

Open Physitrack from a customer record

1. Open the customer record of the patient you want.
2. Click Physitrack in the header button bar or in the actions menu.
3. A new tab opens and the redirect to Physitrack happens automatically.

Offisy transfers the name, email address, social security number (digits only), and birth year (only if a birth date is on file). You don't need to create the patient in Physitrack again.
