License Tiers Praxis Desk

The Offisy API comes in two tiers: Basic is included with the module at no cost, Premium is an optional paid add-on with higher limits.

Definition

Each tier determines how many API requests your company can make. New companies start on Basic automatically. Existing customers also stay on Basic automatically — nothing changes until you actively book Premium.

What are license tiers used for?

Basic covers single integrations and occasional queries. Premium is built for companies running multiple integrations or high request volumes, for example an ongoing sync with a practice management system.

Distinction between Basic and Premium

Limits apply per company, not per API access. Multiple API access credentials for the same company share one budget — creating additional access credentials does not increase the limits.

OAuth Interface Premium is a paid add-on for Praxis and Desk. Contact support@offisy.at to activate it.

Note: Canceling Premium deactivates the API interface completely. There is no automatic fallback to Basic — if you want to keep using the API, you need to book Basic again.
