Locations Praxis Desk
Manage all your company's locations in one place. For each location you can individually configure address, contact details, calendar color, and online booking.
You'll find these settings at: Settings → Account management → Locations
Create a location
Click Add location to create a new location. A dialog opens with the following tabs:
General
| Field | Description |

| Name | The name of the location as displayed in offisy. |
| Color | Choose a color for this location — it helps you quickly assign appointments in the calendar. |
| Abbreviation | An optional short label shown in the calendar (max. 16 characters). |
| Street and house number | The location's address. |
| Postal code | The location's postal code. |
| City | The city or municipality of the location. |
| Country | The country of the location. |
Contact details

| The location's email address (optional). | |
| Phone | The location's phone number including country code (optional). |
Online booking calendar
To enable the online booking calendar for this location, turn on the Enable online booking calendar option.

| Name in online booking calendar | The name shown to patients or customers during online booking. |
| Description | An optional description of the location for the online booking page. |
After activation, a direct booking link and an embed code for your website are also available.
Manage locations
- Change order: Drag a location to the desired position using drag & drop.
- Edit: Click the edit button next to the location.
- Duplicate: Create a copy of an existing location with one click.
- Delete: Remove locations that are no longer needed.
TIP
The color you choose for a location appears directly in the calendar — so you always have a clear overview even with multiple locations.
