The home screen is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a quick overview of your day.

Definition

You reach the home screen through the first menu item Startseite at the top of the left menu bar. After your very first login, you go through the 4-step setup process first. After that, every login takes you straight to the home screen.

What's the home screen for?

The home screen shows you at a glance what's happening today and where you need to take action. What you see depends on your product, your role, and your license:

• Today's appointments: A list of today's appointments with a count in parentheses, for example Heute Termine (3). If you have no appointments, it shows Keine Termine heute. The KALENDER button on the right takes you straight to the week view.
• Open appointment requests: A list of open online appointment requests with a count. This section only appears when requests are actually pending.
• News: Current news from Offisy.
• Cancelled licenses: A red notice with a table of Name and Laufzeit bis (term end date) if one of your licenses was cancelled. After it expires, some features may no longer be available.
• Notice and action cards: Depending on your product and account status, you'll see cards like setting up a SEPA-Mandat, RKSV notices (for example a missing annual receipt submission), or booking an Online Beratung. You can hide these cash register notice cards in your settings.
