Manage cooperations Praxis Kasse Desk

Under settings, Cooperations shows all users from your cooperation partners and lets you set their permissions.

Where do I find cooperations?

Open Settings and choose the Cooperations menu item.

Requirements

• The cooperations add-on is activated.
• You have the Kooperation: Anzeigen permission.
• To edit permissions, you also need the Kooperation: Berechtigung Bearbeiten permission (see Permissions).

Data table

The list is grouped by cooperation partner company. Each heading shows the name of the cooperating company.

Below each heading, you see that company's users as a list, each with their user color. If the tenancy module is active and tenancies exist, each user also shows the assigned tenancies with a color square.

Row actions

The action menu for a user gives you these actions:

• Edit permissions — only visible with the Kooperation: Berechtigung Bearbeiten permission. You set which permissions this cooperation user gets in your own company.
• Assign tenancies — only visible when the tenancy module is active. A dialog opens where you choose between Full access and Custom and assign the matching tenancies.

Note: You don't create a new cooperation between two companies on this page. Contact support@offisy.at for that.

The cooperation switcher lets you switch into a cooperation company. The same switcher takes you back to your own company.

Permissions

Cooperations distinguish two permissions:

• Anzeigen — view the list of cooperation partners and their users.
• Berechtigung Bearbeiten — edit permissions of cooperation users.

Ask your administrator if you're missing one of these permissions.
