Company data Praxis Desk
Under Company data you store all basic information about your company — from address and contact details to your job title.
You'll find these settings at: Settings → Account management → Company data
Company data
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Company name | The official name of your company or practice. |
| Street and house number | Your company's address. |
| Country | The country where your company is located. |
| Postal code | The postal code of your location. |
| City | The city or municipality of your company. |
| VAT number | Your company identification number (optional). |
Contact details
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Your company's general email address. | |
| Website | Your website URL, e.g. https://www.my-practice.com. |
| Phone | Your phone number including country code. |
Other
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Job title | Select your field of work — e.g. general medicine or physiotherapy. The job title is used for display within offisy. |
Don't forget to save
Click Save after making changes to apply them.
