Manage the statuses that can be assigned to an appointment in the calendar.

Customize predefined statuses

The following statuses are fixed and cannot be deleted. You can only change their color:

  • Not present
  • Present
  • In practice
  • Appointment completed
  • Without appointment

Click the color swatch next to a status to pick a new color.

Create custom statuses

  1. Go to Settings → Calendar → Appointment status.
  2. Click Add status.
  3. Enter a name (required).
  4. Select the waitlist type: Current appointments or Past appointments.
  5. Choose a color.
  6. Click Save.

To edit or delete a status, use the icons next to it.

Common issues

  • Status can't be saved: The name is a required field and must not be empty.
