Appointment overview Praxis Desk

The appointment overview shows all appointments in a list view — filterable by time period, staff member, status, and client.

Where do I find the appointment overview?

Open Calendar → Appointment overview.

Filters

Row actions

  • Open appointment: Click on an appointment to edit it.
  • Change status: Change the appointment status directly in the list.

Column configuration

You can choose which columns appear in the appointment overview. Click the Columns icon in the table toolbar.

General appointments and courses each have their own set of available columns. For courses, additional participant columns are available that are not shown in the general view.

Note: Column settings are saved per user. Each user can configure their own selection without affecting others.

Export

You can export the appointment overview for the selected time period. Click Export and choose your format:

  • Excel (.xlsx): Open the file directly in Excel or a compatible application.
  • CSV: For importing into other tools or custom analysis.

The export uses your configured columns. Courses appear in a separate worksheet within the same file.
