Advanced settings is the central overview page for all settings areas of your company.
Definition
The Advanced settings page bundles all settings groups as link tiles. You open it from the app menu under Settings → Advanced settings.
Which groups and tiles you see depends on your permissions and your license. Not every user sees all groups.
What is the page used for?
Advanced settings is a springboard to your company's detail pages. You click a tile and land directly on the matching settings page, instead of clicking through several menus.
Depending on your permissions, license, and system type, you may see these groups:
- Basic settings: Users, roles, company, configure customer record or patient record, settings for medical documents, tenancies.
- License & master data: Bank details & invoices, My licenses, Buy license, Invoices, Privacy.
- Calendar: Online booking calendar, resources, single services, courses, group services, individual breaks.
- Invoice modules: Basic settings, payment methods, invoice surcharges, cash register (RKSV), templates, goods.
